WIC: Nope. The income of the parents is the deciding factor.
Welfare: Nope. Again, income is the key.
Medicaide/Medicaire: Nope. Money again. If they don't think you need the program you don't get it.
There's only one government program (hint: it's a Federal one) where up to 75 million dollars is given to a person no matter how much money he/she earns and regardless of their assets or any realistic need for the money.
The answer is in the extended entry. Of course it's the publicly funded federal election funds giveaway. Kerry/Edwards are worth a reported half a billion dollars and are backed by the Democratic Party. Bush/Cheney are worth a shitload themselves and are backed by the Republican Party. Neither of these pairs has any actual need of Federal funds in order to campaign on a national stage but chances are each will be taking 75 million dollars.
One hundred fifty million dollars in a handout to some of the wealthiest people in the nation and two of the richest and most powerful organizations in America.
That is just sickening.
Note that Social Security was not a correct second answer. Social Security is not a Federal handout. It is a Federal ponzi scheme and that's very different.
