The problem with shooting people with conventional weapons are numerous. Kickback can make you miss an easy target. Gunpowder is messy, loud and inefficient. It's also prone to misfires and hangs. Forget those problems with a coil gun that needs only 6 AA batteries to put a 5mm slug through a metal can. And the rifle with a much faster firing rate will be here soon.
