These guys have their shit together a bit better than the ones I profiled yesterday. They evaluate toys for physical danger based on solid and static criteria instead of trying to quantify the "social" hazard of a gift. But they're a bit kooky too, as evidenced by these entries (emphasis mine):

Manufacturer: Dollar Tree Distribution
Problem: Product labeled with CSPA choke hazard warning for products with small parts. Does not contain small parts or fail the small ball test.

Disney Princess Super Ball
Manufacturer: Basic Fun
Problem: Product labeled with CSPA choke hazard warning for products with small parts. Does not contain small parts or fail the small ball test.

Yup, they have a problem with these toys because they are not dangerous enough! You can correct this deficiency by embedding shards of glass into the balls.
