Time for another round of The Cheddar X. 1. What good did you do in the world today?
I helped to spread the word about women being able to pee standing up.

2. What fashion trend are you glad that's gone away? Or what trend are you waiting to go away?
Thin ties and rolled up sleeves on jackets and deck shoes without socks. You know, the Don Johnson look.

3. What's your greatest sports moment, your own or one you've witnessed?
It was the end of the football game and we were down by a couple of points. Fourth down and we were deep in our own territory. I took the snap, fell back in the pocket and before I could look for my receivers it collapsed. I ducked a defensive end, spun away from a linesman and headed towards the sideline. I took a quick look down the field and saw a man open and streaking towards the end zone. I hurled that ball with everything I had. The longest hail mary pass you've ever seen. Completion. Touch down. That single play was probably the clincher for my getting the Heismann trophy.

Oh, wait. That was Doug Flutie, not me.

4. Who would you nominate for the most annoying person award?
Gilbert Godfreid. Somebody please give him a 45 caliber cranial enema.

5. What do you do to get yourself ready to write? Either blogging or other writing? (I.e. I'm a whiskey drinker and like to have a tumbler to sip from when I write fiction).
Mostly just sit down. I don't have any routine or preparation for writing. I wouldn't mind some scotch though if you could send some over.

6. Mac or PC or Linux? Why? (I'm curious about this because it seems like the majority of bloggers I know are Mac folks but maybe I'm just wishfully thinking).
PC. Because I know how to use it. I know how to fix it. Anything that I could possibly want for it is available. It's supported by an open market system so it is way, way, way cheaper.
