Absolutely... basically they are putting the onus on the woman to hide her woman-ness so as not to inflame a man's natural lust and innability to control himself. Like we're some kind of fucking vine swinging chimp that will hump a tree stump if it has a hole. "We can't control it", no, we can, get out of the 10th century.
